Gardening Routines!

Hello Sola family!
As we all know, research has shown the beneficial relationship between gardening activities and our well-being. Planting is a great way to improve mood and stress levels all while engaging in a peaceful activity.
As a Sola staff member, I took on the challenge of growing lemon drop peppers. In the beginning it didn’t feel enjoyable, I felt restless waiting for my peppers to come out. I wanted to see quick results so expecting peppers to grow within a week was a ridiculous expectation I made. Realizing this, I began to nurture and water my plant everyday without any expectations. There was this calming routine I created:
Wake up ☀️
Drink some water 💧
Step outside ✨
Water my plant !🌱
A simple gardening routine like this can help you feel present, making you feel appreciation for a simple pleasure such as watering a plant ( & staying hydrated yourself !! ).
Sola Family, I now ask you all to focus on your gardening routine and notice how it makes you feel. In no time our plants will flourish, and so will the Sola family’s well being <3
