Greetings community, As we have distributed plants like rosemary, thyme, basil, and tomatoes, we encourage you to use them for recipes you may enjoy. Here is this simple Herb-Infused Tomato Pasta ready in under 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
- 200g pasta of choice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 4 fresh tomatoes, diced (or 400g canned diced tomatoes)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese or fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:
1. Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Sauce: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add the thyme and rosemary sprigs to the pan and stir for about a minute to infuse the oil.
3. Add Tomatoes: Pour in the diced tomatoes and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the thyme and rosemary sprigs.
4. Combine: Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce until evenly coated.
5. Serve: Plate the pasta, optionally garnish with Parmesan cheese or fresh basil, and enjoy!
