Peace Pocket Park
SOLA Community Peace Center in partnership with St. Mark’s Lutheran Church and USC students has created a Peace Pocket Park on the 36th Place side of St. Mark’s and along the Vermont side. It is meant to be a place for the community to come and experience peace. It includes native drought-tolerant plants, a Little Peace Library, a Peace Pole, a Community Pantry, Peace Murals, and other features that make it a peaceful space for the community.
