After Spring Break Tips



Hello everyone, 


I hope you have enjoyed your spring break! With that being said it is back to school. I’ll be sharing some tips on going back to school after your spring break.


Prepare the night before- Choose your outfit before school, get your homework done, and pack your backpack. 


Set a time to sleep- sleep is very essential. With a good rest you are more likely to retain information and function throughout your day. 


Eat a healthy breakfast- Breakfast is an important meal. To avoid hunger and distraction during class. Some healthy breakfast ideas are overnight oats, eggs, toast and avocado. 


Be organized - organize your space and time.  Set out time to do your homework. Having a clean environment to do your assignments will help you be more productive.
